Hello, I'm Charity!

My passion for technology was inherited from my parents, who run a technology training and staffing company. As a precocious five year old, I learned how to type using the Mavis Beacon software. While studying Mass Communication in college, I found myself excited by the new and different technologies in the field, and always trying to create mock PR campaigns for big tech comapanies with great missions. I sought connections between my coursework in marketing and the fast-growing tech industry. I grew even more passionate about tech when I started working as a technician for Apple, Inc. after college. I learned to adapt quickly to changes in software and to approach customers’ challenges with curiosity to find creative solutions. I believe that technology should be inclusive of people from all backgrounds and abilities. As a technician at Apple, Inc. I mastered the accessibility features in iPhone to support clients with different needs. I am excited to continue to grow my skills and make tech accessible to all.
